Multi-use pump

The Wave 1000 has the same flow rate as the Maxi Jet 1000. However it runs at a fraction of the cost.

360° adjustable water outlet

Just like the others in the Maxi Jet range this model has a fully moveable outlet. Position it and rotate for easy reach or to keep out the way of your other equipment. 

Adjustable flow rate

Use the dial on the underside of the pump to adjust theWave 1000’s speed. On full power it can move up to 1000 litres of nutrient solution through your hydroponic tank per hour. The speed dial is easy to reach yet out of the way of the rest of your equipment - or clumsy hands. 

The Wave 1000’s adjustable flow provides the freedom to control the pump according to your plants’ needs. 

Magnetic fixture

The Wave 1000 secures into place using a strong magnetic attachment - no glues screws or adhesive needed. This means there are no permanent changes to your hydroponic system and you can remove and replace the pump as many times as needed. It couldn’t be easier to clean or adjust. 

The magnet works for glass up to 10mm thick - just place one piece of the magnet on the outside of your hydroponic tank (if using as a submersible pump) and the other inside the tank. 

The magnet also has an anti-vibration feature - so even as the pump works there will be no noise or movement. 

How to use Maxi Jet Wave 1000?

Submersible use: Ensure the appliance is turned off before installing. Attach a 12mm or 16mm pipe to the outlet and submerge the pump in your hydroponic tank or reservoir. 

Place the pump onto the area you would like to fix the Maxi Jet Wave 1000 with the magnetic fixture facing the wall of the tank. Place the second magnetic piece directly parallel to the pump on the outside of the tank. The magnets should secure the Maxi Jet Wave 1000 firmly in place.

You may rotate the pump’s outlet in any direction so that it fits comfortably in your hydroponic system.

External use: Ensure the appliance is turned off before installing. Attach a 12mm or 16mm pipe to the inlet and outlet of the pump. Place outside of your reservoir or hydroponic tank less than 0.65m (65cm) above the water line. Secure using the magnetic attachment to a wall board or surface less than 10mm thick. 

While the pump has a self-cleaning impeller we recommend that you run your usual hydroponic cleaning solution through the pump every so often to keep operation as smooth as possible. If you notice any fallen leaves or algae buildup on the pump turn it off remove it from your tank (if submerged) and clean gently with a cloth.

The Maxi Jet Wave is suitable for use in hydroponic systems tanks and reservoirs (including NFTs and Flood & Drain systems). 

If using the magnetic fixture attach to a piece of glass up to 10mm thick.
